Gabriela is a senior from Puerto Rico. She is majoring in ecology and evolutionary biology and intending to complete the Spanish Language and Culture certificate. On campus, Gabriela is a member of the Princeton Premedical Society, a tutor for ESL: El Centro, and now a managing editor of The Princeton Medical Review. In her free time, she volunteers at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center.
Gabriela enjoys writing, especially creatively. She finds that sometimes the academic writing in medical literature tends to be convoluted and catered towards a selective public. By joining the PMR, Gabriela hopes to make these medical conversations more accessible to anyone who is interested.
